Who runs this site and by what rules
gentlemencasino.biz is an independent information portal about the Gentlemen platform. We are not the operator, we are not affiliated with it and we run none of what we describe. That sentence sits in the footer of every page because it is the single most important thing on the site: anyone who arrived looking for their account, support or a withdrawal needs the operator’s platform, not us.
What we actually do
We describe how a platform licensed on the Romanian market works and translate into ordinary language the documents almost nobody opens: bonus rulebooks, betting settlement rules, verification procedures, cashier policies. We do not invent information. We find it where it is published, check it, and present it in a form that lets a reader make their own decision.
The sources we rely on
- The public ONJN register — the list of authorised organisers and the list of blocked domains. The primary source for any claim about an operator’s standing.
- Documents published by the operator — promotion rules, terms of use, betting rules and what the cashier displays.
- Current legislation for tax matters, with a pointer to ANAF wherever rates can change.
- Practical checking of the flows described: where a setting lives, what a form asks for, what a screen shows before confirmation.
What is deliberately absent
We do not print licence numbers from memory. We point at the register, because that is where the information stays current while a figure copied into an article quietly ages. We do not publish testimonials from invented players with names and cities, because that is fiction presented as evidence. We promise no winnings and describe no offer as guaranteed value. And we publish no sports tips, for reasons set out in the betting section.
The criteria we judge a platform by
| Criterion | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Licensing frame | Whether licence holder and domain appear in the ONJN register |
| Offer transparency | Whether multiplier, expiry and maximum stake are public |
| Cashier behaviour | Clarity of channel rules, verification and processing states |
| Protection tools | How reachable limits, breaks and self-exclusion are |
| Support | Which channels exist and how useful the answers are |
The analysis against these criteria sits in reviews, signed by Ioana Marinescu.
What we cannot do for you
We have no access to player accounts, cannot see the state of a withdrawal and cannot speed up a verification. If a transaction has stalled, the only route that produces an effect is the one on the complaints page: a written complaint to the operator, then a petition to ONJN, and ANPC for consumer-protection aspects.
How this is funded, and why we say so
The site is funded through affiliate links. The mechanism is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page, including what it does not change: the conditions you receive and the drawbacks we write about. We would rather a reader knew where the money comes from than guessed.
Corrections
We publish carefully but we are not infallible, and information in this field changes often. When an error is reported or we find one ourselves, we correct it on the affected page. Reports go through the channels on the support page. And if you need help with gambling itself rather than with the site, the useful pages are responsible gambling and self-exclusion.
