Terms of use for this site
This document governs use of the gentlemencasino.biz information portal. It neither reproduces nor replaces the Gentlemen operator’s terms, which are a separate document accepted by each player when an account is opened. The confusion between the two is common enough to be worth removing in the first sentence.
1. What this site is
gentlemencasino.biz is an independent information portal. It is not the operator, is not affiliated with it in any corporate sense, runs no gaming platform, opens no accounts, receives no documents and processes no payments. How the project is funded is explained on the affiliate disclosure page.
2. Minimum age
The content is intended exclusively for people over 18. By using the site you confirm that you have reached that age. Gambling can be addictive; the protection tools available are described on the responsible gambling and self-exclusion pages.
3. Nature of the information
The content is informational and educational. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice and is not a recommendation to gamble. References to taxation describe a general mechanism — withholding at source by the organiser on a bracketed scale — and point to ANAF for the figures in force, precisely because those are set by law and change.
4. Currency of information
Commercial conditions, cashier thresholds, promotional percentages and rulebooks change at source faster than any guide can follow.
